Robin joined the Milestones team in 2008. She has a BS degree in Economics from the Florida State University, and several years of project management experience in the tech industry. She has been a stay-at-home mom for the past several years, keeping busy with her kids and volunteering for their schools and activities. She and her husband live in Cedar Park with their two children.

Robert became General Manager of Milestones in 2007, having co-founded Milestones Children’s Therapy with his wife, Stacey, in 2002. Robert brings twenty years business experience from companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes information technology, marketing and business development. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas.

Stacey is originally from San Antonio. She and her husband founded Milestones in 2002. Stacey received a Masters degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2000 and a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Southwest Texas State University in 1994. Stacey holds a Texas license in speech-language pathology and has ASHA certification. As a Speech-Language Pathologist she has worked exclusively with children in a clinical setting. She has experience with a wide variety of speech and language disorders and has special interest and training in Autism Spectrum disorders, oral motor dysfunction, articulation disorders and language delays.<

Shannon joined the Milestones team in July 2008 as the Office Manager of our North and South offices. She moved to Round Rock with her family in 1998. Shannon brings several years experience in medical office management and insurance billing. Shannon holds an Associates of Applies Science degree in Medical Administration from Austin Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Management from DeVry University.

Valerie joined the Milestones team in January 2005. She began as the front office administrator and quickly carried her skills to all aspects of business operations. Valerie is now our Referral Coordinator and also assists with insurance matters. She divides her time between both the north and south locations. Valerie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Texas Tech University with a minor in mathematics. She and her husband live in north central Austin and have one daughter.
