Milestones offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, short term disability, life insurance, dental, Simple IRA and paid time off. We only utilize tier one providers for our benefits plan to provide our employees peace of mind.
Medical Coverage
Milestones offers medical plans through Humana that allows you to pick the level of care you prefer. We offset a significant portion of the employee’s monthly premiums.
Dental Coverage
Milestones’ dental plan is administered through Reliant General. This plan has a substantial provider base.
Life insurance and Short term disability Coverage
Our life insurance and disability plans, through Reliant General, provide enhanced security to our employees, including:
- Short term disability: Provided at no cost to the employee. STD continues a portion of an employee’s wages if you become disabled as defined by the plan.
- Life insurance: Provided at no cost to the employee.
Individual Retirement Account
Milestones offers a SIMPLE IRA plan to its employees, who may contribute up to the lesser of 100% of compensation or the maximum dollar limitation. The maximum dollar limitation for 2007 is $10,500. The company will match the first 3% contributed by the employee. Fidelty admisters the plan and provides a wide range of investment opportunities, including direct stock purchases, mutual funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs).
